School Hall 

The school hall is available for hire outside of school hours, including over holiday periods.

The hall is suitable for a range of events and currently is home to sports clubs four days per week and a youth group once a week. Lettings benefit from access to a kitchenette and toilets. We can supply some additional equipment for a small fee if requested.

School Field

The school also has a large playing field which is available to hire for regular sports use or one off events. Please note however that the field does not have artificial lighting. We have good availability for field use daily. 

Fees 

From 1st December 2023 our fees are £20 per hour for the hall (£18 per hour concessionary rate) and £18 per hour for the field (£15 per hour concessionary rate). 

The concessionary rate is applicable to community lets- individuals or groups who have a connection with the school or church (i.e. parents/carers of current students, regular members of the St Francis Church congregation).

Mats/chairs are available at additional cost of £2 per session. Access to the kitchenette is included in all hall hires. 

How to let a space 

Please complete an application form available from below and return it to the school office. Please note the list of required information and documentation that will be needed.
