We are immensely grateful to parents/carers and those from the community who volunteer at school. All volunteers are required to have a current DBS certificate and to have completed certain annual safeguarding and child protection updates. Please find the relevant documentation below. This should be completed and returned to the school office.

St Francis CE Primary and Hampshire County Council are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. We will ensure that all our recruitment and selection practices reflect this commitment. All successful volunteer applicants will be subject to DBS checks along with other relevant employment checks.
